Mix avocados, onions, tomatoes and cilantro.
Whir in food processor, if desired.  Sprinkle with lime & salt.

Cranberry Salad Recipe

Cranberries
Peeled, Cored Apple
Peeled Orange
Sugar to taste
Combine all items in Vita-Mix (or your blender or food-processor).
Process till desired texture is reached.

If you’ve ever struggled with mangoes- here’s a tip:
Stand it on its stem.
Cut two vertical slices one on each side of the pit.
Criss-cross cuts in each slice (without breaking the skin)
To eat- turn inside-out and bite off chunks!
(You can scoop off with a spoon or knife if you don’t like juice dribbling down your chin…)
